Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service to clients over the phone, via email and live chat
* Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
* Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry as needed
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a contact centre or a customer facing role is a plus, but not essential
* A friendly, bubbly and empathetic personality with a genuine passion for helping others
* Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Availability to work Monday to Saturday on a rotating roster
