Cali Beach Club is hiring high-energy Floor Staff to join our fast-paced team on the Cali floor. This role is similar to waitstaff, with a strong focus on guest interaction, floor service, and keeping the venue running smoothly during busy services.
The Role
* Provide service and support to guests across the Cali floor
* Assist with drinks, clearing, and general floor operations
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas
* Support bar, bottle service, and teams as needed
* Help manage guest flow and overall floor experience
About You
* Friendly, confident, and outgoing
* Comfortable engaging with large crowds
* Fast, organised, and proactive
* Well-presented and professional
* A strong team player with great energy
* Available Friday–Saturday
(Hospitality or nightlife experience is highly regarded.)
