About the Role
As an Education Manager - Defence Delivery, your key responsibilities include:
Full-time (1.0 FTE), ongoing position
Salary: $114,788 + superannuation
Location: HMAS Cerberus
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with key stakeholders to inform timetabling activities for all Defence student intakes for the Defence Project.
Coordinate and delegate tasks to the team to deliver operational outcomes, including Teacher Performance, timetabling, resource allocation, teacher loads, and student progress.
Oversee the coordination and implementation of the equipment maintenance schedule in line with contract reporting obligations.
Oversee procurement of equipment and consumables specific to delivery needs, adhering to contract reporting obligations.
Communicate regularly with all stakeholders according to communication plans, report on project progress, and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
Monitor project data, analyze it, and adjust resources as needed to accommodate project changes.
About You
You are a highly motivated individual with strong skills in transferring knowledge, research, resource selection, and assessment tools.
Qualifications Required
Adult Teaching qualification at AQF 6 level or higher
Vocational qualifications relevant to or above the required level, with industry currency
Registration with relevant professional bodies for the teaching discipline
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent qualifications meeting RTO Standards
