About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes across multiple disciplines and locations, supporting both operational and corporate teams. This is a hands-on role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, sound judgement, and the ability to recruit in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment hrs per week.) Key Responsibilities

* Confidently manage end-to-end recruitment across blue- and white-collar roles
* Recruitment of roles ranging from site-based ground crew and trades to supervisors, managers, and senior leadership
* Proactive talent sourcing and pipeline development
* Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
* Managing offers, contracts, pre-employment checks, and onboarding
* Ensuring recruitment practices align with industry, safety, and compliance requirements

About You

* Proven experience as a Recruiter across both blue- and white-collar sectors
* Demonstrated success recruiting from labour/ground crew roles through to senior management
* Strong knowledge of heavy industry or similar high-risk industries (highly regarded)
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Able to work independently, prioritise effectively, and deliver results
* Professional, confidential, and solutions-focused
