Currently outsourcing their estimating, they are seeking to bring the function in-house and are seeking a dynamic experienced estimator to join them.
Role
As a Senior Estimator you will be responsible for the planning, preparation, coordinating, and management of bids for an array of commercial, residential and civil infrastructure projects. From opportunity identification through the pre-qualification, tendering, submission and negotiation phases, this is a growth role with a great business.
Background
To secure this exceptional career opportunity, we are seeking an individual with;
* Minimum 10 years' experience in estimating across civil, commercial, and residential construction.
* Strong understanding of civil works including earthworks, drainage, and infrastructure projects.
* Proven experience in commercial builds and premium residential developments.
* High-level proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
* Exposure to accounting systems and project cost management tools.
* Experience implementing new software systems and creating cost databases.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
