Leasing Professional
We're seeking a detail-driven Leasing Professional to support and manage our store network expansion. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our stores have the right locations, strong leasing arrangements, and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage new and existing lease agreements across our store network.
* Negotiate lease terms and maintain strong relationships with landlords, stakeholders & franchisees.
* Prepare, review, and organise leasing documentation and reports.
* Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, and operational requirements.
* Support management with accurate, timely information to guide property decisions and long-term strategies.
* Work closely with our Managing Director who will guide and mentor you.
* Assist with managing arrears and coordinating maintenance matters.
* Handle ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections.
* Respond to incoming enquiries promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
We're looking for an individual with:
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Previous commercial real estate experience in the hospitality industry is highly regarded.
* Previous real estate experience in a Leasing Consultant, Property Officer role or similar is required.
* Superb written and verbal communication skills and excellent customer service skills.
* Great attention to detail and organisation.
* Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
* A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
