RØDE creates and manufactures high quality audio equipment at our Sydney campus for the world's creators.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Amazon Lead to own and scale our Amazon channel across key global markets. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales, and digital execution, with end-to-end responsibility for growing our Amazon business.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Amazon growth strategy, managing performance across vendor platforms, and aligning efforts with broader sales, marketing, and product priorities.

Your responsibilities will include :

Strategic Leadership

* Own and execute the global Amazon strategy aligned with commercial objectives
* Develop annual and quarterly channel plans, revenue targets, and promotional calendars
* Identify market trends, white space, and category opportunities across regions
* Partner with marketing, logistics, and product teams to drive Amazon readiness for new product launches

Commercial Performance

* Manage P&L for the Amazon channel, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and profitability
* Optimize pricing, promotional activity, and inventory to maximize revenue and margin
* Drive improvements in conversion, traffic, and ASIN performance through data insights
* Monitor and respond to competitor activity and Amazon algorithm changes.

Operational Excellence

* Oversee listing health, content optimization, and A+ content strategies
* Manage Amazon advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads / DSP) in partnership with external agency
* Ensure compliance with all Amazon policies and resolve operational issues promptly .
* Work closely with supply chain teams to forecast demand and manage stock availability.

Stakeholder Collaboration

* Align Amazon initiatives with regional and global sales teams.
* Present regular performance updates to senior leadership, highlighting risks and opportunities.

You will require the following skills and experience to be successful:

* 5+ years experience managing Amazon marketplaces (Seller and/or Vendor Central).
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
* Analytical mindset with deep experience in sales forecasting and performance reporting.
* Proficient in Amazon tools including Helium10, Brand Analytics, and Ads Manager.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with premium or high-consideration consumer products preferred.
