Our robots are already working on grain, cotton, horticulture and turf farms and we have big plans to deliver even more in the future.

We are looking for an AgTech Sales Representative based in Regional WA. The successful applicant will ideally be based near Esperance, Western Australia. Though other locations in WA can be considered.

The Role

AgTech Sales Representative role is responsible for driving sales growth in a specified geographic territory through direct lead generation, canvassing and prospecting via existing customers, key influencers (such as Agros) and Connect Partners so you consistently hit target.

You will also be supported by marketing generated leads which you will need to follow up promptly and diligently.

You will be a self-starter and highly motivated with high belief when you face ultimate knock backs and rejections. Tenacity and grit is key along with consistency and cadence. A willingness to learn, listen, be coachable and have a curious open mind is critical. Responsibilities:

* Achieve sales to achieve company sales targets and objectives
* Identify new market opportunities and potential customers to expand your designated customer base within your territory
* Develop and implement strategies for lead generation to drive sales pipeline
* Team Meetings:
* Attend all relevant sales meetings and coaching
* Present weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager
* Business Development and Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, key influences within your designated territory and partners.
* Identify and engage with strategic partners and key influencers to drive sales growth and explore new business opportunities.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote SwarmFarm Robotics and generate leads

Experience, Education and/or Knowledge
* Proven track record of success in sales, with strong networks in agriculture, AgTech, or adjacent industries
* Good understanding of effective sales and lead generation techniques
Skills & Attributes
* Self-motivated and hungry
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Active empathetic listening skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving continual revenue growth
* Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
