We are seeking to establish a pool of Secondary Generalist Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Job Description
The successful applicant will be responsible for teaching a range of subjects to students in Years 7-12. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve school goals.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and learning, and a commitment to providing high-quality educational experiences for students. They will be flexible, adaptable, and able to think creatively to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach a range of subjects to students in Years 7-12
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve school goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor of Education or equivalent qualification
* A valid Working with Children Check
* A current First Aid certificate
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
