The Role
As Site Supervisor, you'll take full ownership of delivering one of our major projects on time, on budget, and defect-free. You'll coordinate trades, plant, and materials to maintain momentum every day.
We value hands on leaders, if there's a gap in the crew, you'll be ready to jump on a machine or truck to keep the site moving.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute daily/weekly programs to hit milestones.
* Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to avoid downtime.
* Ensure set out, access, and materials are ready before trades arrive.
* Operate plant or drive trucks when needed to keep progress on track.
* Monitor productivity against benchmarks and adjust resources as needed.
* Maintain quality standards and WHS compliance.
* Report progress and challenges to the Operations Manager.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, clients, and suppliers.

Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Foreman in commercial landscaping, civil construction, concreting, or related trades.
* Confident in reading and interpreting plans and managing sequencing from start to finish.
* White Card and current driver's licence (essential).
* Truck licence (MR or HR) highly regarded.
* Machinery/plant operation tickets highly regarded.
* Cert III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
