Mid-level role: $85K–$115K + Super

Key Duties
Deliver / lead structural designs for residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
Perform structural analysis and documentation using standard design software.
Conduct forensic and remedial inspections, follow-up reports.
Prepare concise technical design summaries.
Liaise with builders, architects, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
Assist in design reviews and QA processes.
Collaborate with senior engineers to support ongoing project and client success.
Ideal Candidates
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
CPEng or PE registration in Victoria.
5+ years' experience in structural design (consultancy background required).
Exposure to forensic or remedial work advantageous but not essential.
Strong technical skills in design, analysis and report writing.
Excellent communication and organisation abilities.
Full Australian Driver's Licence required.
A team player with a curious, proactive and problem-solving mindset.
