We're looking for a dynamic People Change Manager to partner with various functions, develop and design change plans, and ensure a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement. If you're passionate about making a difference and have a knack for guiding organizations through change, we want to hear from you!What you will be doing:• Develop and Design Change Plans: Create and implement innovative change management plans that address the people side of change, including communication, training, and support.• Partner with Functions: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across different functions to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.• Analyze Impact: Conduct thorough impact analyses to assess the effects of changes on employees and the organization.• Communicate Effectively: Design and deliver compelling communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.• Provide Training and Support: Create and deliver training programs and materials to support employees through the change process.• Monitor Progress: Track the progress of change initiatives, evaluate their effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments.• Manage Resistance: Identify potential resistance to change and develop strategies to address and mitigate it.• Promote Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies.Objectives:• Delivery of transformational change plans, including change narrative, stakeholder analysis, training needs, and communication and engagement plan• Minimize resistance and maximize employee adoption of new processes and systems.• Foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.Ideally you will have• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale change initiatives.• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable.• Skills: Strong change management delivery, ability to lead and influence stakeholders, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
