Responsibilities
* Ensuring that our guests are offered the highest level of personalized service at all times
* Problem solve any guest complaints and escalate where required
* Provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times
* Perform opening and closing procedures established for the outlet you are rostered in
* Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food & Beverage related services and products, and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations, upsell and cross-sell
Requirements
* Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of commencement
* High level of communication
* High level of grooming and personal presentation
* Previous customer service experience
* Previous Food & Beverage experience is highly regarded
* Previous experience with Infrasys is highly regarded
* Legal working rights in Australia
