About the Role
The Property team is a dynamic unit within the Global Corporate Operations Branch, responsible for managing Austrade's domestic and overseas commercial property portfolio. The team works closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver suitable accommodation that meets Austrade's operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Administration: Support the Senior Property Project Manager in delivering multiple concurrent fitout projects, including management of project plans, budgets, and reports.
2. Budget Management: Manage property-related project budgets and oversee financial planning.
3. Office Management: Be responsible for the overall management of Austrade's Adelaide office, including maintaining its integrity and functionality.
4. Property Contract Management: Assist in managing property-related procurements and contracts.
5. Customer Service: Provide high-quality client service to internal clients through the provision of property advice and support.
6. Legislative Compliance: Comply with legislation and policies associated with property matters, including reporting and audit obligations.
Requirements

* Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance: Our successful candidate will be required to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance.
