Industrial Automation Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Automation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of industrial automation systems.
Job Description:
* Design, implement, and maintain industrial automation systems, including PLC programming and control system integration.
* Troubleshoot and resolve faults in industrial automation systems, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement automation solutions that meet business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Trade qualification as an Electrician with relevant post-trade qualifications in PLC programming and industrial automation or equivalent Engineering qualification.
* Proven experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and modifying PLC systems (Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix/CompactLogix).
* Specific experience working on Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs).
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
