About the Role
As a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service), you will play a key role in ensuring every customer has a great shopping experience in person, over the phone, or online.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Safety Focus: Prioritise your safety and that of your teammates and customers
* Customer Service: Deliver genuine service and create memorable moments with customers
* Sales Performance: Contribute positively to sales using your excellent customer service skills
* Showroom Standards: Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards
* Stock Processing: Receive, dispatch, and store stock efficiently
* Teamwork: Be an enthusiastic and collaborative team member contributing to a positive team culture
This role requires lifting, bending, and climbing.
