The Position, but not limited to:
- Manage very tidy portfolio of approx. 110 properties
- VA's to help with all admin
- Outsourced PCRs
- No trust accounting
The Criteria:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in managing a portfolio is ESSENTIAL
- Current property manager registration and valid drivers' license
- Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic personality
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
- Have excellent time management skills
