Join our Process Improvement Delivery Team at Sydney Water as a Business Process Lead. In this pivotal role, you will drive transformation and deliver process improvements across the organisation using innovative methods.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Leading strategic priority process improvements from enterprise-wide to localised initiatives.
* Delivering quantifiable process improvements and value-adding solutions.
* Ensuring seamless integration with third-party processes.
* Coordinating with other integral projects to manage dependencies and linkages.
* Acting as a process leader, challenging the status quo to achieve significant business outcomes.
* Providing coaching and delivery services to support high-impact continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
* Over 10 years of experience in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, TQM) or transformational projects.
* Proven track record in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to identify waste and inefficiencies and develop action plans for improvement.
* Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills.
* Advanced proficiency in applying project management tools and agile methodologies, including the development and delivery of project plans, resource allocation, and implementation of milestones and performance measures.
* Experience in mentoring and providing team support to scale Lean Six Sigma capabilities across the broader business.
* Experience working with complex processes that span multiple teams and business functions.
* Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills.
