ER Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking an ER Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. ER Nurses play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the community.
About the Role:
* Triage and assessment of patients with complex medical conditions
* Administration of emergency medications and treatments
* Development and implementation of individualized patient care plans
The ideal candidate will have current AHPRA registration, at least 3 years of experience in Emergency Nursing, and a strong understanding of patient safety protocols.
Main Responsibilities:
* Patient Assessment and Triage: Conduct thorough assessments of patients presenting to the Emergency Department, identifying their medical needs and prioritizing care accordingly.
* Emergency Care: Provide prompt and effective care to patients experiencing life-threatening emergencies, such as cardiac arrest or severe trauma.
* Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, allied health staff, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless patient care.
