Warehouse and Parts Management Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse and Parts Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. This critical role ensures timely delivery of parts to engineers, enabling us to provide high-quality service to customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the warehouse team effectively.
* Oversee goods-in and goods-out processes for accurate and timely deliveries.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and implement efficient stock control systems.
* Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships as needed.
* Ensure engineers receive correct parts promptly to minimize downtime on customer repairs.
* Collaborate with the Service Team to prioritize parts allocation for urgent jobs.
* Develop optimized storage solutions and maintain a well-organized warehouse environment.
* Monitor and improve warehouse processes for operational efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements within the warehouse.
* Produce regular inventory and performance reports for management.
* Support wider business initiatives as required.
