A full-time position may be considered for the right candidate.The Coleraine Hospital Chef / Trade Cook will be responsible for preparing meals for aged-care residents and acute patients, catering, and preparing healthy, nutritious meals. Responsibilities include cooking, chilling, preparation, storage of food items, cleaning, plating, presentation, and general kitchen duties.
