Electrical Site Foreman Role
The Electrical Site Foreman will oversee the electrical activities on site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and budgets. This role requires a high degree of technical expertise, leadership skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate electrical installations, repairs, maintenance, and testing.
* Supervise and provide guidance to a team of electricians and apprentices.
* Plan and allocate resources, such as manpower, equipment, and materials.
* Possess a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
* Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
* Promote and enforce a culture of safety by conducting regular safety inspections and identifying hazards.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Current Driver Licence
* 5 years in Construction Related Field
* A Grade Electrical Licence
* Safety Training
* Leadership Experience
