**Your new role**
Your new role as the Human Resources Business Partner is to provide your expertise in completing employee and industrial investigations, providing disciplinary advice and assisting team leaders with the implementation of strategies and procedures. Through providing HR advice across dedicated business areas, this will ensure you provide achievement of all key people and deliverables. We are seeking a true HR Generalist to adapt to this ever progressing organisation to fulfil the below responsibilities.
- Develop, regulate and implement HR Policies and Procedures as required
- Provide support in probation review and performance review processes
- Assist within WHS/OHS activities including return to work initiatives
- Liaise with team leaders and key stakeholders to provide generalist advice and support on HR/ ER/ IR related matters
