Randstad is recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer to join a dynamic team. This is a 6-month temporary assignment with full-time hours and a planned start date for October. You'll be a key point of contact for a diverse range of enquiries, providing comprehensive information and support over the phone. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is committed to delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and other communications.
* Providing accurate information and guiding callers to the appropriate resources.
* Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems.
* Achieve key performance indicators related to call handling and customer satisfaction.
* Working collaboratively with the team to resolve client issues and improve processes.
Experience/Skills required:
* Proven ability to deliver consistent, professional customer service in a contact center environment.
* You're great at listening and can quickly understand customer needs to provide accurate, helpful information.
* You're comfortable with data entry and navigating multiple computer systems, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. Attention to detail is paramount.
* You're able to prioritise your workload and make decisions quickly to meet key performance indicators.
* You build strong working relationships with your colleagues and actively contribute to the team's success in a fast-paced environment.
* Successful candidates will need to undergo a Criminal History Check.
