About the Opportunity
We are seeking accomplished educators to inspire and mentor the next generation of Electrical Trades students.
This role focuses on guiding and enhancing the learning process, sharing extensive industry experience, and delivering training in an adult learning environment.

To be successful in this role, you will:
* Have relevant subject matter expertise, skills and hold a Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent qualification.
* Hold a current Electrical Contractors Licence or Electrical Supervisor Certificate issued in NSW.
* Have at least five years post-qualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications, gained no more than five years previously.
* Possess evidence of holding the appropriate teaching qualifications to deliver Vocational Education and Training.

* Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans.
* Mentoring and coaching students to achieve their full potential.
