 
        
        Land Surveyor Opportunity
An exciting chance exists to join our team on current projects, reporting directly to Senior Management and working professionally under supervision.
 * Key responsibilities include:
 * Setting out houses, formwork checks, and final identifications
 * Detail and level surveys
 * Work-as-executed surveys
 * Construction setouts for small to medium-sized developments
Essential Requirements
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in leading teams on projects, along with the following qualifications:
 * A formal degree in Surveying or Geospatial Engineering from a recognized university or TAFE institution
 * At least 1 year's experience in leading survey parties
 * Ability to work effectively as part of a field team or independently
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including innovative problem-solving abilities
 * Australian citizenship or permanent residency
 * A current driver's license
 * Prior experience with Magnet, Leica instruments, and ACAD is advantageous but not essential, with training available if required
