About the Role
This is a leadership position for an experienced early education professional to manage the daily operations of a high-quality centre.
* Oversight of day-to-day centre operations, aligning with established policies and procedures
* Fostering a collaborative team environment and promoting effective communication
* Management of the Quality Improvement Plan to ensure excellence in service delivery
* Working closely with educators, providing guidance and support to build strong relationships and enhance practice
* Developing positive relationships with families through open communication and collaboration
* Ensuring centre compliance with regulatory requirements, supported by management
* Staff management and recruitment, with support from the management team
* Strategies to increase centre occupancy through effective marketing and community partnerships
Requirements
* Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience as a Centre Director
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* ACECQA-approved Diploma or Teaching qualification
* Current First Aid & CPR, Child Protection certificates
* Current Blue Card/ Exemption Card
* Strong knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations, NQS, and EYLF
