This expanding digital performance agency in Melbourne is seeking a hands‑on Senior Digital Account Manager. It's a newly created role due to growth and an exciting opportunity for experienced AMs who have experience on the tools.
The successful candidate will join a close-knit team working alongside 3 other SDAMs and an Account Exec. It's a full‑time, permanent role with hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 remote) offering $100-110k + Super + uncapped commission (including comms for retention).
Day to Day:
* Strategise, implement, monitor, and report on innovative digital performance campaigns.
* Cultivate strong client relationships, drive account growth, and manage budgets effectively.
* A hybrid role blending strategic account management with hands‑on execution.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing and executing performance marketing campaigns (Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Web Builds).
* A track record of successful client management, account growth, and budget oversight.
* Comfortable with both client services and being on the tools.
* Open to Senior Account Managers or Account Managers
* Great salary and earning potential through commission
* Work with a diverse set of clients and learn from experienced Directors
* Hybrid working and brand new offices
