The Associate Store Leader position offers development opportunities toward becoming a future retail leader.
We have an opportunity in our Dunsborough store.
Who are you?
We are seeking individuals with a strong aptitude for learning and on-the-job leadership skills.
As a personable individual with effective communication, you'll thrive in our environment, supporting various tasks in-store and contributing to its success.
Prior retail and customer service experience will be advantageous.
As a brand ambassador of 7-Eleven, you will embody our values and demonstrate a positive and curious approach to work, actively seeking knowledge and experiences.
We provide comprehensive structured training modules, and you will also be self-motivated to learn independently.
Responsibilities
- Working independently in daily store operations including customer service to ensure smooth and efficient trading.
- Oversee inventory control such as receiving and merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and visual standards across all store areas.
- Monitor sales, assist in achieving performance targets, and implement promotional activities.
- Step in as acting Store Manager during their absence.
You will need full time Australian work rights to be considered for this position.
