Job Summary
A leading healthcare provider is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Warehouse Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating stock movements between warehouses, clinics, agents, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate inventory movements between locations
* Liaise with regional operations, customer service departments, and other teams
* Report on current inventory levels and daily shortages
* Manage end-to-end inventory movements, updating relevant systems
* Follow up on rental equipment and back orders
* Ensure accuracy of records for delivery and return of inventory
* Assist in creating delivery routes
* Perform quality assurance on medical equipment as required
* Maintain accurate data and perform data entry duties
* Complete inventory audits
Requirements:
* Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or related fields
* Strong technical skills and safety focus
* Forklift license preferred but not required; willing to obtain one with support
* Computer literacy in applications such as spreadsheets, documents, and software relevant to the role
* Ability to manage competing demands and complete tasks efficiently
* Ability to interpret various instructions, safety rules, and procedures
