Finance Business Partner Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our high-performing commercial finance team. As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the Head of Commercial Finance and be responsible for providing financial guidance and support across multiple divisions.
Responsibilities:
* Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing and maintaining accurate budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* P&L Review: Conduct thorough reviews of profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.
* Commercial Analysis: Provide insightful analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders to inform business decisions.
* Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to streamline transactional work offshore and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
* Financial Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases and strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability.
Requirements:
* CA/CPA qualified with 3+ years' post-qualified experience.
* Ambitious, hands-on, and commercially minded individual with strong stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to partner across functions to drive results-oriented solutions.
