The role will be responsible for driving portfolio growth, profitability, operational consistency, compliance and high team performance across all branches.**Responsibilities**As the Head of Residential Property Management in Tasmania you will be responsible for;* Developing and executing the state Residential Property Management business plan* Leading the statewide property management team* Aligning systems, processes and service standards across all branches* Developing and implementing a structured BDM strategy* Setting and monitoring portfolio growth targets by branch* Ensuring compliance with Residential Tenancy legislation* Contributing as a member of the Elders Tasmania Real Estate Leadership team **About you** To succeed in this position, you will require;* A Property Representative or Property Agent Licence* Extensive experience in Residential Property Management* Strong understanding of Tasmanian Residential Tenancy legislation* Experience managing rent roll profitability and financial performance* Proven portfolio growth and BDM capability* Strategic planning and execution capability* Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills* Strong commercial and financial acumen* Experience leading a team* A current Drivers Licence**About Elders**Elders is one of Australia's most trusted and iconic companies with a diverse portfolio of businesses.
