Project Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and excellent communication skills.
About the Job
* The project coordinator will be responsible for analyzing project scope requirements and creating pre-sale project plans and installation budgets.
* Develop, trial, and implement project-specific construction methods to improve project timelines and costs.
* Manage retail and general sales projects from inception to completion.
* Complete customer sign-off completion certificates upon project completion.
* Issue post-sale project plans to key stakeholders and hold them accountable for successful project implementation.
* Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
* Ensure OH&S & SHSMP compliance for on-site works.
* Monitor, track, and communicate project milestones with internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage project and program issues and risks to mitigate their impact on the baseline.
* Manage project scope changes.
* Coordinate customer handover, including facilitating on-site training, documentation sharing, and sign-off certification.
Requirements
* Experience in project coordination or management.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to deal with people in a courteous and professional manner.
* Safety-focused approach.
* Strong team working skills.
* Construction card (white card) holder or willing to obtain.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
