The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with an engineering or construction background who can balance commercial management, supplier coordination, and contract compliance.
Key Duties
Letting and managing subcontractor packages
Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Tracking project costs and managing variations
Preparing claims and forecasting cash flow
Reviewing drawings and ensuring compliance
Skills & Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 2 years' experience in contract administration or project management within the construction/joinery industry
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Aconex (desirable)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
