The responsibilities of the role range from
- Leading the charge in providing quality service to our customers.
- Drawing on your knowledge & experience to help our clients and fellow team members when they get stuck on the technical stuff,
- Working closely with the business owner to formulate proactive mechanical solutions for our clients
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and tech so that we can keep raising the bar for client & employee experiences.

**Think you're a good fit?**
You must have:
- Solid experience working in a marine business and service team (minimum 5 years)
- A strong knowledge base of outboard servicing and repairs - various brands.
- Alignment with our core values
- A borderline obsessive knack for those little details to help ensure things don't slip through the cracks'
- A keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the capacity to work independently.
- Qualifications as an Outboard Mechanic, a manual car license and marine license.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nerang, QLD 4211: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
