Carinity – Brookfield Green is looking for a Grounds and Maintenance Officer to join the team. The Grounds and Maintenance Officer carries out building and equipment maintenance as well as ensuring the service's gardens and grounds are in a presentable condition in different sites. The role demonstrates a problem-solving approach to planning, implementation, and evaluation of work situations.
This role requires availability Monday to Friday.
What do I need for the role?
* Knowledge and/or significant experience in the maintenance, carpentry or building field.
* Knowledge of and experience in gardening and groundskeeping.
* Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety Standards and requirements relevant to the role.
* Ability to use a ride on mower and tractor.
Desirable
* Experience maintaining similar small machinery/equipment to those used in our services.
