**POSITION OVERVIEW**: 
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Having knowledge of Australian national Construction Codes. 
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction and renovation projects. 
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure project specifications are met. 
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle. 
- Conduct field surveys and provide accurate and reliable data for use in design activities. 
- Use BIM clash detection and streamline construction process. 
- Perform calculations for layout and design. 
- Ensure work is performed according to plans and specifications. 
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local regulations and sustainability standards. 
- Preparing eco-friendly designs, charts, plans and designs for sustainable residential projects. 
- Performing calculations to optimize the use of resources and minimize waste in sustainable residential projects. 
- Estimating material costs to keep projects within budget. 
- Ensuring that all completed works meet environmental sustainability standards. 
- Having knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Revit software is a MUST. 
- Expert in Microsoft software and Excel. 
- Degree or Advanced Diploma or Diploma in related field 
- At least 5 years of experiences 
- Strong knowledge of sustainable construction practices. 
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints. 
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
- Strong communication and teamwork skills. 
- Australian citizen or permanent resident or full-time rights work
