Job Opportunity: Trace Partnerships Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to support the delivery of strategic engagement activities and partnership initiatives.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate events, manage communications, and contribute to the success of collaborative projects.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating program activities and stakeholder engagements.
* Supporting project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
* Developing high-quality written and visual content for events and communications.
* Building and maintaining relationships with industry, government, and academic partners.
* Providing administrative support including meeting coordination, processing applications and documentation.
About This Role
To be successful in this position, you will have:
* A degree with relevant experience in communications, engagement, event or project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.
* Experience working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
* High attention to detail and a commitment to professional standards.
* Experience in science, technology, research or higher education (highly desirable).
