The opportunity:
We are currently seeking multiple
Home Care Workers
to join our compassionate and dedicated team. In this role, you'll provide individualised, flexible, and high-quality care to people in the community, helping them maintain their independence and live well in their own homes.
Duties will include but not limited to: -
Assisting in the provision of individualised care using a consumer-directed approach
Helping clients with activities of daily living according to their care plans, including personal care, domestic assistance, and social support
Ensuring privacy, confidentiality, and dignity for all clients
Responding to emergency situations using first aid
Maintaining accurate records of client care
Reporting any incidents or hazards
What you will need:
Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Community Services is highly desired
Current Australian Driver's License and willing to travel
Registered and insured vehicle
Compassion, empathy, and a passion for helping others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Confidence in using technology
