In this role, you will act as a vital link between the company and a national network of business partners and end-users. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience through order processing, technical support, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for business partners and end-users, building positive relationships
Manage inquiries via telephone and web, providing accurate information regarding products and pricing
Deliver information to assist customers with product inquiries and complaints.
Efficiently enter and upload orders and data
Liaise with sales, marketing, logistics, and warehouse teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve anomalies quickly.
About You
A friendly and professional telephone manner with excellent interpersonal skills.
The ability to quickly learn complex product ranges. A background in the power tools or hardware industry is highly desirable but not essential.
Sound numeracy skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
