Job Overview

An Operations Manager is responsible for leading the store operation, maximising sales and profit through inventory management, visual merchandising and marketing.


Main Responsibilities

* Coach and empower team members to work safely and deliver excellent customer service.
* Develop and lead a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable team.
* Ensure best practice is implemented and maintained.


Requirements

* Demonstrated leadership ability with a focus on driving teams of over 50.
* Previous experience in big box retail or multi-site leadership roles.
* A friendly, informal and consultative style when working with others.
