YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Section waiter, wine sales & recommendations
* Delivering a quality experience for our guests, consistently
REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience as a waiter in a professional restaurant for at least 1 year
* Have relevant trade qualifications and skills
* Strong knowledge of wine and beverage sales
* Strong knowledge and competence in FOH service and guest experience
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Availability to work weekends

It is a casual role and there may be two or three shifts a week (approximately 17 – 24 hours a week) Friday, Saturday & Sunday. At least four days off (Monday-Thursday). Great remuneration commensurate with experience, superannuation & all entitlements, plus gratuity.
