Daily Responsibilities
* Prepare meals accounting for special dietary requirements and allergies ensuring child safety
* Use creativity and organisational skills to plan menus and order food supplies in consultation with the Centre Director
* Maintain high standards of food safety by ensuring all storage, handling and preparation of food and drinks is hygienic
This role requires working a part time roster of 27.5 hours per week, 8:30am – 2:30pm

We have a home style kitchen serving up to 76 children per day
* Part time position working 8:30am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday
* Closing at 4:00 pm weekdays to maintain a healthy work-life balance

Requirements
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or experience cooking within a childcare setting
* Current NSW Working with Children Check
