Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a 2IC in Outside School Hours Care. This permanent, part-time position offers the opportunity to grow as a second-in-charge and support our award-winning educators.
This role is supported by a Director of Service who will provide guidance every step of the way. You will deliver high-quality care, create memorable experiences, and lead by example.
* Engage with the school community and attend assemblies and events.
* Assist in the creation and implementation of enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
* Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
* Play and have fun with primary-school aged children.
Key Responsibilities
* Support program compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in before/after school care or education is desirable - we can train you. Key qualifications include:
* Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
