**About the Role**
The primary purpose of this role is to drive the uptake and usage amongst customers of a specific product portfolio. This requires a focus on aligning the product proposition to the client needs to optimise growth and realise stretch targets. The role is responsible for the delivery of both strategic and tactical marketing programs; and will adopt a data driven approach to identify new cohorts of members to deliver bespoke campaigns to. You will conduct market research and analytics of the customer base to gain a deeper understanding of their needs and behaviours, and will identify the most relevant channels to reach these audiences. Leveraging your digital experience to make insight driven recommendations on how to reach recent customers, you will keep ROI front of mind. Success will be measured on customer uptake and engagement of this digital product suite as a key pillar in managing customer retention and loyalty. This role is highly visible and will need a best in class stakeholder manager to influence discussions and strategies across the business. You will be challenged in this role, and be expected to challenge others.
**About You**
You are a degree qualified, digitally savvy marketer with experience ideally working in financial services. You have a track record in taking a continuous improvement mindset to your outputs, and are at ease in the data. You have worked on digitally focused campaigns, and enjoy uncovering insights to inform acquisition strategies. You may not have a "typically corporate" background, but are familiar with agile, fast paced and customer centric environments. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is advantageous.
