Key Responsibilities:
* Provide efficient administrative support for Council-owned community facilities.
* Use advanced business applications to manage records and support facility operations.
* Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, working independently or collaboratively to resolve issues and support programs.
* Apply strong problem-solving skills and initiative to balance competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience in administration or facility management.
* Current car licence to support role requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
