Right at Home has a mission to ‘improve the quality of life for those we serve’. We do this by choosing the Right People, to deliver the Right Services with the Right Approach. To maintain our high standards of quality care, we seek individuals who build our culture, are sensitive and adaptable to clients’ personalities, backgrounds, and home dynamics, and who align with our values of flexibility, approachability, accountability, collaboration, and integrity.
Benefits of Becoming a Right at Home Caregiver
Successful caregivers are driven by a passion for people and a commitment to high-quality care. In return, we offer flexibility, job security, and a sense of belonging to both a local and national team. We support your career development through mentoring by experienced nurses and care managers, ongoing training, and continuous supervision. Benefits include competitive pay, career advancement opportunities, a recognition program, and access to our ‘Right About You!’ portal, which offers wellbeing resources and discounts at over 400 retailers.
Right About You!
‘Right About You!’ is our employee program that promotes communication, recognition, wellbeing, and discounts. It connects staff, recognizes achievements with eCards, and offers savings at numerous retailers. Staff can also access wellbeing tips, recipes, articles, and tools to support their physical, financial, and mental health, or stay connected with their team through news updates and ‘high five’ acknowledgments.
As part of our commitment to our caregivers, ‘Right About You!’ ensures they have resources that support their needs and wellbeing.
