Pichelmann Custom Building Service delivers some of Canberra's most technical and refined custom homes.
We are seeking an experienced person to fill the role of Residential Project Manager / Foreman to lead complex residential builds with confidence, precision and professionalism.
This is not a volume role.
You will take ownership of one to two high-end projects at a time, ensuring exceptional build quality, strong site culture, and a seamless client experience.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
* Running day-to-day on-site operations
* Programming and coordinating trades
* Managing quality control and detailing
* Proactively solving construction challenges
* Maintaining site safety and compliance
* Communicating clearly with clients, consultants and subcontractors
* Upholding Pichelmann's standard of professionalism and presentation
You will have real ownership of your projects — supported by an engaged ownership team who provide structure, systems and backing. You will never be left isolated, but you will be trusted to lead.
Our intention is for the role to maintain an \"on the tools\" element.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has 10+ years post-trade experience in residential construction
* Holds a Certificate IV in Building & Construction
* Understands complex detailing and high-end finishes
* Is highly organised and systems-minded
* Communicates clearly and confidently
* Is comfortable using construction software and digital tools
* Leads respectfully, facilitates growth of other members within the team, and ensures trades are held accountable
* Takes pride in presentation of the site, the build and themselves
