About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Concrete Foreman to lead our daily site operations and ensure projects are completed safely and on time. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for supervising a medium to large crew, overseeing all on-site activities, and effectively communicating with clients and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of concreters and ensure efficient completion of tasks
* Supervise all on-site activities, including quality control and safety protocols
* Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding project progress and any issues that may arise
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in concreting, with strong supervisory capabilities
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
