* Lead, develop and coordinate a team of retail and trade specialists.

* Supervisory/leadership/management experience.

* Previous dual format experience (multi‐network operations, sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience – desirable).
* A consciousness of workplace safety.
* Experience building strong customer relationships and creating "moments that matter."
* A solution‐focused problem‐solver.
* Sound computer skills.
* Valid driver's license.
